Recipes
It is very easy to make your Seven Essentials drink by adding your favorite liquid, but if you have a little more time, here are some recipe suggestions for you to try. Be creative and come up with your own special blend and email me with your recipe and I will post here for others to try!

| Berry |
|
• Berry is very good with most any type of fresh fruit. Just add 1 serving of Berry flavor, 1 cup water, choice of fruit, a 2-3 ice cubes (Diabetics should avoid fruit and fruit juice) and blend in a blender for about 30 seconds.
• 1 serving Berry Seven Essentials, 8 oz cold water, 4 fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, 1/2 cup berries of choice and 2-4 ice-cubes (optional) and blend in a blender for about 30 seconds.

| Dutch Chocolate |
|
• The Dutch Chocolate is good just as it is with either low-fat or skim milk or with warm or cold water. Just add one serving of Dutch Chocolate and 1 cup of low-fat or skim milk and either blend in a blender or shake in shaker provided with your first order.
• One serving of Dutch Chocolate, 1 cup low-fat or skim milk, 2-4 ice-cubes, a small banana, and blend for 30 seconds.
• One serving of Dutch Chocolate, 1 cup of low-fat or skim milk, 1/2 cup yogurt of choice, 2-4 ice-cubes, and blend for 30 seconds.
• For more protein to your serving, add Whey protein to one serving of Dutch Chocolate, and adjust the amount of liquid accordingly. Whey protein is avaliable through Essential Scoops. Call 1-888-726-6777 for cost and to buy.

| Natural Flavor |
|
• Natural Flavor can be used with orange juice or made into a smoothie. In all cases you need to add one scoop of Natural Flavor to any number of ways. It's especially good with vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, for a smoothie. Non-diabetics can use any fruit or juice (some favorites are peach, vanilla, or yogurt).
• Natural Flavor can also be used in cooking with stewed tomatoes or used when making gravy.
|
| Vegetable Broth |
|
• Vegetable Broth is really good mixed in with (organic) chicken stock. Just add 1 serving to 1 cup cooked chicken stock. Be careful to have the chick stock temperature under 112 degrees (you don't want to damage the enzymes in the Seven Essentials when you add it into the cooked chicken stock).
• Vegetable Broth is also tasty with warmed tomato juice or V8 (low sodium). Be careful to have the temperature under 112 degrees (you don't want to damage the enzymes).
• Cream of broccoli soup: 1 serving of Vegetable Broth along with 8 oz cream of broccoli soup.
