| 6) When will my order arrive? |
| Usually 5 business days (if not sooner) by UPS. Shipments come from Texas and delivery time depends on where you live in the United States. |

| In your first order, you will receive a free shaker, price listing of all products and a brochure/CD about Essential 7. |

| Each canister will have a scoop inside for measuring out the serving portion (if not seen when first opened, use a clean utensil to look inside for the scoop). |

| Due to shipping, the contents may become condensed. Just close the canister and lightly shake. |

| 8) What is the recommended use of Essential 7? |
| For optimal results, use twice daily. |

| Simply shake or blend Essential 7 into 8 ounces of liquid of choice and then drink an additional 4 ounces of water afterwards. |

| For appetite control, take 15-30 minutes before a meal. |

| When scooping Essential 7 from the canister, you do not need to compact the Essential 7 into the scoop like firmly packed brown sugar. Each canister has 660 grams of powder mix, which equals 22 grams per scoop. The scoop of Essential 7 needs to be slightly less then level to attain the proper gram amount. For best results, shake the canister each time before use to fluff the Essential 7 and then take your scoop. This will insure you get 30-servings per canister. |

| Store Essential 7 in a cool, dry place. It is recommended that you refrigerate after opening and close the lid tightly. Some settling of product will occur in container. Packets do not have to be refrigerated. |

| For autoship purchases over $50.00, your shipping is free! There is only a $1.50 handling fee and a minimal county tax. |
